This event will take place on 27/09/2026 until 02/10/2026
Throughout the week, pupils will explore themes such as farming, food production, sustainability and caring for our environment through their class learning, while continuing with their usual literacy and numeracy activities.
As part of our celebrations, we will visit Llanrhidian Church for our Harvest Service. We would be grateful for donations of non-perishable food items (such as tinned food, pasta, rice and cereals), which will be shared with those in need in our local community.
To finish the week in style, we'll be holding a whole-school Harvest Hoedown on Friday, with dancing, games and plenty of Harvest fun! For the Hoedown, children are invited to come dressed for the occasion in farmer-inspired outfits, checked shirts, denim, straw hats or autumn colours.
We're looking forward to a wonderful week of learning, giving and celebrating together! πΎπππ€
