📖Reading Books: Please ensure reading books are brought in every Monday. We also change books on Fridays.

🧤As the weather becomes colder and children continue to have regular access to outdoor areas, please ensure that your child is dressed warmly, including a coat, hat, gloves, and suitable footwear.

• ✏️Do you have any of our school handwriting pens at home?
  We’re missing a few (32 to be precise) and would love to get them back! If you find any in pencil cases or drawers, please send them into school with your child

• 👢Wellies: Outdoor learning takes place every Monday. Please ensure your child brings wellies to school, as Y Goedwig is very muddy at this time of year!

  Costume details have now been shared via email. Please have your child's costume in school by December 1st in a bag that is clearly labelled with their name. 

Pengwin: We all saw Santa and I got a chocolate, he gave everybody chocolate. He had a big beard and glasses and I got a glitter tattoo! I told him I want all of the presents!

Pysgodyn: I loved the s'mores - they were so gooey. It was also nice to look at the shops.

Pry Cop: I enjoyed the s'mores and it was nice and warm by the camp fire. I loved the choir, it was brilliant to perform in front of my parents.

We’d like to share information from the North Gower Food Hub, which supports families across most of the Gower area. Many families, especially those with children receiving free school meals, can face financial challenges during winter and over the Christmas period.

The Food Hub can provide food support for up to 12 weeks. No voucher or referral from social services is required. Please note this service covers most of Gower, except Gorseinon, Gowerton, Killay, West Cross, and Mumbles (these areas have their own food banks).

They also refer families to the Sharing Table Christmas Hamper Scheme (cut-off date: end of November):
