The North Gower Partnership is an effective and long standing collaboration between the feeder schools to Gowerton Comprehensive School.

Our effective collaboration is focused on providing all our pupils with the very best opportunities for life long learning through an authentic curriculum that meets the needs and interests of all learners.  

We have many strengths as a cluster.  These include:-

Recent initiatives have included:-

• Developing a cluster branding for the new Curriculum for Wales

• Developing staff knowledge of effective pedagogy

• Shared self evaluation through learning walks, book looks and pupil voice 

• Developing a cluster approach to health and well-being, including a "Mentally Healthy Schools Model" and a unified approach to Relationships and Sexuality Education. 

• A unified and proactive approach to digital competence

• Shared exhibitions of pupils' work

• Bi-Annual Concert at the Brangwyn Hall

• Annual transition events

• Annual shared staff training
