A Welcome from the Chair of Governors

Welcome to Llanrhidian Primary School’s Governing Body page.

Our Governing Body is made up of committed local volunteers who work closely with the Headteacher to support our shared vision: “Learn, Grow, Succeed Together!” We place children’s rights at the heart of all decisions, guided by the UNCRC, and strive to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Governors are responsible for setting the school’s strategic direction, holding the Headteacher to account for pupils’ progress, and ensuring school finances are managed effectively. They also support the ongoing development of the Curriculum for Wales, helping our learners grow into ambitious, capable, and confident individuals.
