    Dear Parents and Carers,

What a wonderful week we have had at Llanrhidian Primary School!

Our Harvest Week was a great success, and we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for your generosity in donating food items. Your kindness and support will make a real difference to those in our local community. Father Tim was extremely grateful for the donations, and our school community was thanked during our Harvest Service at the church.

A special thank you must also go to Mrs Solway, who accompanied our singing so beautifully on the piano during the service. Her contribution helped make the occasion even more special.

This week also marked the exciting beginning of Pod Pry Cop’s Estuary Education Adventure. Working alongside Dawn Thomas from Nature Days, staff and children have started their new learning journey, exploring and discovering the unique environment on our doorstep. Developing an understanding of stewardship and care for our local environment is an important part of our commitment to Cynefin, helping children build a strong sense of belonging and responsibility within their community.

To round off a fantastic week, we all enjoyed a lively and memorable Hoe Down Celebration! There was plenty of music, dancing, laughter and fun as children and staff came together to celebrate another successful week of learning.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support. It is wonderful to see our school community working together to create such rich and meaningful experiences for our children.

    Yee Haw!

    Kind regards,

    Llanrhidian Primary School πŸ§πŸŒΎπŸ€
