Dear Parents and Carers,
What a HUGE success our Monster Ball was! We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who attended and supported the event. The evening was full of fun, laughter, dancing and plenty of Halloween magic! πΈοΈπ§βοΈπ¦
Thanks to your incredible support, we raised an amazing £1,079 through the sale of Monster Ball tickets, spooky tattoos and refreshments! π°π
A special thank you goes to Sally Cupcake for helping to keep hungry parents fed at The Dolphin Inn, with proceeds also helping to boost our fundraising total. πΆοΈπ°β€οΈ
Of course, DJ Dan was once again a massive hit, keeping the dance floor packed all evening with his fantastic music and energy. πΊπΆπ§ We are delighted to say that he will be back again soon for another unforgettable event!
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Penclawdd Pharmacy for generously sponsoring the DJ, and to Cowley Family Funerals for their kind donation which helped cover the cost of food and refreshments. Your support played a huge part in making the evening such a success. β€οΈπ
A huge thank you also goes to the Doughty Family for their incredibly kind donation of the Halloween decorations. ππΈοΈπ¦ Their generosity helped transform the marquee and created a fantastic spooky atmosphere that everyone enjoyed throughout the evening.
Finally, thank you to all of our volunteers, staff, families and community supporters who helped before, during and after the event. We couldn't do it without you!
π»ππ·οΈπ¦β¨ Until next time... keep it spooky! β¨π¦π·οΈππ»

π¨Parish News
We have been invited to enter the Parish News December Magazine Front Cover Competition.
This is a wonderful opportunity for pupils to showcase their creativity. Designs should fit within a space measuring 10cm wide × 8cm tall, so pupils will need to think carefully about creating an eye-catching design in a small area.
Please encourage pupils to include our fantastic Mr Colourful in their artwork where possible.
π Deadline for entries: Friday 6th November
We can't wait to see the children's creative designs! π¨β¨
π Attendance Update π
As we head into the colder months, we're seeing attendance starting to dip across the school. We know winter bugs can be difficult to avoid, but where children are well enough to attend, every day in school counts. πβ¨
Over the coming weeks, we'll be helping children stay healthy by promoting good handwashing, healthy habits and ways to keep germs at bay. π§Όβ¨
Thank you for your continued support. By working together, we can help our children stay healthy, happy and ready to learn this winter. ππ
Together, let's make every day count! ππ
