    Emotion Freeze

    Teacher calls our a Yellow behaviour.
    Partner 1 has to freeze in that position and partner 2 has to guess what emotion they are trying to show.

    Task 2: Use the placemats, thesauruses and dictionaries to purple pen your words into sentences you can use in your paragraph.

     

    Use plain paper to create illustrations that match your sentences you have created.

    This paragraph is lacking descriptive language. Language that helps readers visualise what is happening in the scenario. How would you up level this?

     

    Think about:
    • Add descriptive verbs (how he moved, how he made noises)
    • Add emotion clues for silly, hyper, frustrated, upset
    • Show emotions through actions and expressions, not just name them
