My Celebration Map

Miss Walters loves to celebrate Christmas, it is he favourite time of year. By looking at all our roots she has realised that not everybody celebrates Christmas! Can you create a celebration map to tell us of a celebration that means a lot to you and your family?

Make sure you include:

• The name of a celebration you enjoy with your family

• When it happens (time of year, month, season)

• What you do (e.g. eat special food, wear clothes, visit family)

• Who they celebrate with

• One picture or symbol representing the celebration

Can you research the height, hand span and shoe size of the pupils within the Pod? Record your results.

Chilli 1 - Compare which pupils are taller/shorter within Grwp Broughton. Find different examples of objects which you can comment are taller than or shorter than you or your peer. Record your findings on Seesaw by creating a video.

Chilli 2 - Measure and compare the height and shoe size of the Year 2 pupils in Grwp Rotherslade & Horton. 

Chilli 3 - Measure and compare the height, shoe size and hand span of the Year 3 pupils in Rhosilli & Horton. Record your findings in a table.
