    Frequently Asked Questions

What if my child does not wish to attend?

Residential trips are optional. School will remain open, and pupils who do not attend will be welcomed into school and carry on their learning with the pod during the residential dates.

When do I need to pay?

A £50 deposit is required by Friday 23 October 2026 to secure your child’s place. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments through iPay, but must be paid in full by the final payment deadline shown above.

What will my child need to pack?

A full packing list will be shared with families nearer the time. This will include clothing, toiletries, footwear and any items needed for the activities.

Will children be supported if they are worried about staying away from home?

Absolutely. We understand that staying away can feel like a big step for some children. Our staff will support pupils throughout the experience, helping them to feel settled, included and confident.

Who can I contact if I have a question?

Please contact a member of the Pod Pry Cop team if you have any questions, would like to discuss payment arrangements, or feel there is anything we should know to help support your child.
