Reporting Absence and Requesting Leave

If your child is absent due to illness, a medical appointment, or you need to request authorised leave during term time, please report this through MCAS (My Child At School). Using MCAS helps us keep attendance records accurate and ensures absences are recorded promptly.

Please provide as much information as possible when reporting an absence, including the reason and expected return date where appropriate. If your child has a medical appointment, evidence may be requested.
