Our amazing team offers a variety of exciting, hands-on activities that spark creativity and imagination. Children work together on projects linked to school-wide topics, with their artwork proudly displayed in our gallery.

 Time: 8:00 – 8:25 AM (Every Day)
Cost: £30 per half term – unlimited access
Booking: Half-termly contract with upfront payment

How to Pay for EBCC

• iPay: Log into your account and select the EBCC fund.

• Cash or HMRC/Kiddie Vouchers:
  Please contact Mrs. Gosney in the office.

• Send cash in a sealed envelope labelled with your child’s name and EBCC

• For vouchers, email the payment reference to Mrs. Gosney.

Half-Termly Parent/Club Contract

At Llanrhidian Early Bird Craft Club, we are committed to your child’s well-being. We aim to provide high-quality craft experiences in a warm, caring, and fun environment.

What We Agree To:

• The club runs Monday to Friday, 8:00–8:25 AM during term time.

• At 8:25 AM, children will be handed over to Breakfast Club for their statutory care.

• If a child becomes unwell, we will contact the named adult and care for the child until collected.

• Medication will only be given with a completed medicine consent form (available from the office).

• Every child will be treated as an individual, with their needs respected.

• A wide range of craft activities will be available in a relaxed, friendly setting.

• Parents/carers will be informed of any changes to the club.

What We Ask From You:

• Complete this contract and pay in full before the start of each half term.

• Keep us updated with any changes that may affect your child’s well-being.

• Understand that the club reserves the right to exclude a child if these terms are not met.
