        Targed 1 - To establish a Welsh Ethos within the school.

        Ceirios y ddraig is our Welsh Mascot and she is the leader of the Dreigiau. The Dreigiau are our Criw Cymraeg and are crucial in helping to develop a Welsh ethos within the school.

        There are plenty of fun activities that take place throughout the year. 'Welshness' is celebrated on specific days such as Shwmae Day, Dydd Miwsig Cymru & Dydd Gwyl Dewi Sant.

        • The Dreigiau hold weekly assemblies to celebrate the use of the Welsh language throughout the school.

        • We have a Welsh playlist that welcomes people into school each morning and when we leave school at the end of the day.

        • Welsh songs and patterns are included in our Christmas concerts.
