🌟🏅 Sports Day Arrangements – Wednesday 26th June! 🏅🌟
🎉 Excitement is in the air as we prepare for our Annual Sports Day! Join us on Wednesday, 25th June from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Gates will open at 1:45 PM, so don’t be late! 🕑
🌈 Here's everything you need to know:
- Supervision: If you’re unable to attend, please let us know so we can supervise your child until the end of the school day. Bus pupils will leave at the usual time if a parent is not attending. 🚍
- Pick-up Arrangements: If someone else is picking up your child, kindly inform our office staff.
- Clwb Hwyl & Clwb Ceirios: Please note that there will be no Clwb Hwyl on this day, but Clwb Ceirios will be running. 🎈
- Pili Pala Pupils: We're excited to welcome back our Pili Pala pupils, who will be supervised by their parents during the event! 🤗
- Picnic Time: Bring a blanket and a picnic to enjoy in between races! 🌳🥪
- Refreshments: We will be selling tea, coffee, and cold drinks for just £1. ☕🧊
- Food: Gower Dough Pizza will also be here serving up they delicious pizzas.
- Raffle Fun: Grab your raffle tickets for £1 each – you might just win a fantastic prize! 🎟️✨
🟢 Safety First: Families are welcome to enjoy the field space when not racing, but please remember to supervise your children as the gates will be open. 🚪👀
🎽 Dress Code: Pupils should wear their Sports Day colours to show off their team spirit!
