Part 4: Script Writing

Click on the IQ video below to see our new video with the top tips to remember when using a green screen to perform.

Here are some top tips for rehearsing and performing your scripts:

• Position - stand at an angle towards your group, but still facing the camera​

• Head up - look at the camera when you are talkling​

• Control - try not to move around much. It makes the camera lose focus ​

• Speech - be clear, project your voice​

• Pace - try to speak slowly and clearly

• Know your script - Understand the role/character and the story/script​

• Confidence - be confident, go for it, have a go, we are all trying the same thing ​

• Facial expressions - tell the story through your face, instead of moving around lots

Once you have written your script you can have a go and rehearse it using Flipgrid on Hwb. Just click on the image below and go to our Groovy Greek Flipgrid. Join through the 'Microsoft' option, as this will take you through Hwb.
