Annwyl Parents and Carers,

The end of another half term here in Llanrhidian and what a fantastic half term it has been with a wealth of events still to come in the second half of the summer term! We would like to say a huge welcome back to Mrs Chafey who has joined us in Pod Pry Cop, we are so pleased to have you back!

Don't forget to keep checking the community events below as we have lots of exciting events coming up... sports day, residential, carnival and our y6's are hosting their first 'Bwyty Mish Mash'.

What's the buzz from the pupils this week? What has been your glimmer this half term?

Pod Pengwin: Handwriting and reading because I get better at it. I like to read hard and complicated books. 

Pod Pysgodyn: I have liked literacy and also IQ because there is four questions and more than four if you want to do more. We did one about being 'ready, respectful and safe'.  

Pod Pry Cop: I have really enjoyed preparing for the athletics competition, we have been doing sprints, long jump, high jump and shot put. My favourite event has been the 800m, it makes me feel happy and out of breath!
