Clwb Ceirios
This is an after school child-care provision for full time pupils. (Reception to Year 6) and is run by school staff. Your child will receive a drink and snack and participate in appropriate play based activities. This could include arts and craft, games and outdoor fun.
Fees and Booking
The fees for Clwb Ceirios are used to fully fund the provision. The school is unable to subsidise this club in any way. Funds must cover staff wages and all running costs. If we do not receive enough fees to cover the cost, this provision will not be sustainable. We will accept cash, cheque or payment via sQuid if you have an existing account. We are able to take "tax free child care vouchers".
All payments must be made as soon as possible after booking using the online booking form. Bookings made and paid for, half termly in advance, will be charged at £10 per child per session. Late or ad-hock bookings will be charged at £15 per session. Your child's place is not confirmed until payment is received. On no account can parents get into arrears. Cash or cheque can be sent into the school in a clearly marked envelope.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel a booking you will not be refunded. However, if an amendment to the booking, within the week, is made at least 7 days before we will change your day without charge. Email the office and re-submit a booking form.
Collection:
Pupils must be collected by 5.30. The school is not able to run the club after this time due to regulations as set by Care Inspectorate Wales. Please inform the office if any person, other than approved adults will be collecting your child(ren).
