You Will Need:
4 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cup of Grated Cheese
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Milk
1 Roll of Puff Pastry
How to Make:
First, crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the cup of milk.
Next, whisk the eggs and milk together.
After that, roll out your pastry and cut 8 circles to fit in your baking tins.
Next, add a little of your mixture and add some cheese on top. Add more mixture and cheese.
Finally, chop the tomatoes in half and add 1 half to the top of your quiche. Bake in the oven .
