We are grateful for your ongoing support and involvement in your child's education here at the school. This week, we have distributed a parent carer questionnaire as part of our commitment to seeking and valuing your views.  Your feedback is incredibly important to us, as it helps us understand how we can improve and better meet the needs of our pupils. While we may not always be able to accommodate every suggestion, please rest assured that we carefully consider each response.

It is crucial for you to know that our dedicated staff members consistently go above and beyond their duties to support the learning and well-being of all our pupils. I am personally thankful for such a committed and hardworking team.  The closing date for the questionnaire is next Tuesday. We kindly ask you to complete it at this link before then.  Thank you for your participation and continued partnership in your child's educational journey.

What's the buzz from the pupils this week? "Cwestiwn yr Wythnos!" We ask pupils a weekly question in order to feed into our school improvement. Parents and carers can have a say by clicking here"What makes you happy in school?"

Pod Pengwin: "I love doing work with teachers and playing. I love colouring and reading. I also love gardening, Mrs Blackmore has a gardening club on every Wednesday afternoon. There is a frog in the pond and we like watching him."

Pod Pysgodyn: "Seeing my friends and having fun. I like it when I get things right and I love it when my parents pick me up from school."

Pod PryCop: "That we can go out for relax and refuel, we can relax and refresh ourselves, then come back in for learning. Every week we learn something new which is exciting. I like being with my friends, they make me happy.

Mr G's Internet Safety Tip of the Week: Help you child understand group chats. Group chats are among the most popular ways young people connect with their peers online, occurring through messaging apps, social media, and online games. By definition, group chats involve three or more individuals, enabling users to share messages, images, and videos with everyone in the group. These groups are valuable for friends, people with shared interests, or club members to communicate and coordinate activities. However, they can also make young people feel excluded and bullied, and they provide opportunities for inappropriate content to be shared and viewed. Please click here for more information.
