When visiting our premises, it is important to adhere to our safeguarding policies at all times. All visitors are required to sign in upon arrival and must wear either a red or green lanyard throughout their visit.
Visitors with a red lanyard are not permitted to engage with pupils during their time on site. Contractors must seek permission to access the asbestos register. Photography is strictly prohibited without the explicit consent of the Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO). Areas designated for pupils are off-limits unless under appropriate supervision. In the event of a fire alarm, visitors with a red lanyard must exit the building through the closest exit and gather at the specified meeting point.
Visitors with a green lanyard are expected to familiarise themselves with our safeguarding guidelines and to respect our no-photography policy without prior consent from the DSO. In case of a fire alarm, these visitors should exit the premises promptly through the nearest exit and assemble at the designated meeting point. Your cooperation in following these procedures is greatly appreciated for the safety and well-being of everyone on site.
Thank you for your understanding and compliance.
