Pod Pengwin loved the colour experiments we did last week and want to do some more. Our challenge is to teach Pod Pengwin a new colour experiment to help save Mrs Marchant's voice. Maybe we could make our own video to show them what to do. This week we will carry out the celery investigation below and will discuss how we could make our own instruction video to teach Pod Pysgodyn what to do.
2. Number
Over the next couple of weeks we will be exploring place value in Maths. We will start by practising reading and writing number words. Play fruit splat to help you practise this skill at home.

3. Literacy
We will be learning how to write instructions. The pod will learn the instructions in the pdf below called "How to make a magical rainbow." We will make a story map and perform the instructions in front of the class with a partner! Then we will be ready to write some of our own instructions.
