L.O: To identify how landforms are created

The French Alps are a stunning mountain range located in southeastern France, forming part of the larger Alps that stretch across multiple European countries. Renowned for their majestic peaks, including Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in Western Europe, the French Alps offer breathtaking landscapes and a variety of outdoor activities. They are particularly famous for skiing, thanks to their reliable snowfall, diverse terrain, and well-developed ski resorts like Chamonix, Courchevel, and Val d'Isère. The region's extensive network of ski lifts, well-groomed slopes, and off-piste opportunities cater to skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels, making it a premier destination for winter sports enthusiasts from around the world.
