Committee Structure

The Governing Body meets regularly to ensure the strategic direction of the school is in line with its targets.  To ensure this, a comprehensive timetable of meetings is adhered to.  The following outlines the annual timetable for such meetings.

Autumn Term (SDP Targets Agreed)

• Annual General Meeting - Election of Chair, Vice Chair and Committee Members
• Learning Sub Committee (L) - Pupils attainment, pupil progress, curriculum reform, Teaching 
• Care, Support and Guidance Sub Committee (C) - Attendance, Wellbeing, Relationships, Additional Learning Needs, Vulnerable Pupils
• Leadership (LD) - Staffing and Personnel, Finance and Pay Reviews, Health and Safety, Premises

Spring Term (SDP Targets Monitored)

• Full Governing Body Meeting
